The registry is dedicated to the research and preservation
of the Ford Mustangs used in pace car service at the famed Indianapolis 500 and
the replicas available through local Ford dealers.
The registry was founded in 1990 and was originally dedicated
to the 1979-edition but now encompasses all Ford Mustang pace cars; 1964, 1979
and 1994.
This is not a “numbers-matching, concours-eligiable” group,
all are welcome. Stock, modified, all
original or daily-driven, we celebrate the fully restored to those who have
chosen to make it their own.
